During the past month, my administrative assistant, Betty, has been
working on creating a website for the Hydraulics, Semiconductor, Equipment
and Special Controls Group at Eaton. This was Betty's first endeavor

I replaced the cell reference with the one in my student's file, then
rearranged the arguments in this order (confidential info removed) and
it worked perfectly. In the old order, the FIND function was finding
examples of (confidential info removed) text strings that were not that
first letters of (confidential info removed). Reordering made the difference.
